@ilmauro1963 so american should shut up when they talk about italian judicial system . they have a simple law ,prosecutors nominated by state governors and a jury formed by people who don’t know law .in italy prosecutors and judges are people who studied ,studied and studied to do that job. their exam is very difficult ,they lock themselves home for one or two years to pass that exam . the problem og justice in italy are bad resources to work cause of corrupt politicians that don’t give them
@ilmauro1963 americans say amanda is innocent cause she’s american, a lot of peope don’t know anything about acts of trial but they hate the idea to see american convicted and jailed in italy. in Usa they have a different law, and prosecutors don’t count a lot like in italy, and to judge they have always jury, not professional judges. so people who don’t know anything about law will decide if a person go or don’t go to jail. ridicolous! it’s a thing impossible in the most of europe
@c0uchp0tat0e1 one of the greatest problems of italian justice is the time , Murder trials are not so slow for the standard of italy.murders trials can last 2 or 3 years . some trials 5 or 10. some trial very big and complex even 15-20 years.the matter of slowness is that there ara bad resources in courts of justice(sometimes judges bring home the work),insufficient employee to work . cause we have corrupt governments(specially current of Berlusconi) and they don’t give resorces to judges
@ilmauro1963 I am Canadian, and I have many questions about Prosecutor Mignini & Investigator Stefanoni … two individuals – not “the professional Italian justice system”. Although, the justice system in Italy is slow moving to say the least …
It is absolutely disgusting to watch these arrogant Americans criticise the professional Italian justice system.
They think they can go anywhere and make their own law, like when they aquitted the US Pilot who killed 20 people on a ski gondola in the Italian Alps.
No murder weapon? No motive? Meredith’s room would have been filled with dozens of bloody footprints, handprints and DNA of three people, not one, if the prosecutor’s theory is true. Moreover, it would have been impossible to remove all traces of evidence of Amanda and Raffaele while leaving all evidence (including DOZENS of DNA samples of skin hair, etc of Rudy!) of Rudy intact. Mignini framed them. RS & AK are innocent.

come on !!! Just read the motivation reports. That of first instance and the 2 against Guede. Everything is there. Tons and tons of evidence against the 3 idiots. In Washington State they would all be on death row by now with only 1/10th of the evidence

It is not a question of “behavior after the fact”. No one cares about the cartwheels. It is all other forensic evidence and all other overwhelming circumstantial evidence (known as corroborating evidence) that nail the 3 kids.
There are no other suspects and it is a well know fact that Guede did not act alone. It is well explained in the motivation report on first instance. Everything leads to them and ONLY to them. If she gets acquitted she literally got away with crime.

They however do have the guilty party currently in prison. The knife with her DNA on it was a knife she used to cut some cheese earlier that day and it had no blood on it. There were several unethical & amoral journalists who had a lot to gain by getting info from prosecution (which is permitted in Italy, everything was public record & the prosecution talks like an old bitty getting high on local gossip) & then feeding into the story with a hunger for the salacious lies that paid for the food on THEIR tables.
