yes ofcourse, they can refer to any lawyer in their state on how to properly prepare for their case
Mandy, we talked to two bigtime lawyers who had handled mold cases before or currently. They were not interested. Basically, if they only stand to make $10K or something then they don’t care about it. Their statement to us was its hard to show a real loss and also the jury is made of wideloads from a doublewide who are glad a middle class person got what’s coming to them and figure their house is more moldy than anywhere you could have been!
