Question by Acci Dent: Is it too late to get a bodily injury attorney?
I had an accident 2 months ago. The other driver was ticketed and their insurance company accepted liability. I’ve been offered an injury settlement from their insurance adjuster, which I have not expected. Is it too late to contract bodily injury attorney even though I haven’t been visiting doctors for my back pain.

Until you agree to a settlement or the statute of limitations expires, it’s never “too late” to get an attorney. Going 2 months without visiting a doctor is going to cast major doubt on the on the seriousness of your injury.
