Can anyone point me to childbirth data showing women of c-sections that have died after childbirth?

Case: A 27 year old otherwise healthy woman who has given birth 2 other times without complications was said to have internal bleeding and never came to. Then experiencing renal failure and 30 pints of blood to be used.
Any suggestions where this may be medical malpractice would also be appreciated.
The child was born without complications and is doing fine.
Further, anyone knowing of any cheap drugs online GOOD medical malpractice attorneys in the Dallas/Fort Worth areas that are board certified and this is their only line of practice would be appreciated.
