The doctor did a routine surgery and the instrument failed and I was in a coma for 3 months, icu 87 days and in the hospital a total of 6 months. The doctor blames a tool for the problems.</p>
<p>The surgery was on May 2, 2006, what are my options, who could handle this.</p>
