Question by Sagy: Is it illegal for the Defense attorney to agree to represent plaitiff’s expert?
At trial certain witnesses were expected to appear for each side. None of the defendants witnesses appearred, just the defendant did. THe defense counsel claimed that 3 of the plaintiff’s witnesses were now represented by him. Can the defense attorney agree to represent the plaintiff’s expert witnesses less than 10 days before trial?
