Wrongful Death Lawsuit?

My Son passed away 4 months ago. I suspected the Hospital buy antibiotics online no prescription E.R Doctor gave him too much medication. he went there for abdominal Cramps, and less than 24 Hours later died from an enlarged heart. I sent an Attorney his Autopsy Report and his Hospital Medical Records. It is one of the Largest Law Firms in the state. I talked to them and they said that 95 percent of all cases they get they turn down for lack of proof. But they want to review my Sons case more. is that good or bad?
